Creators earn a share of the revenue from their content, subject to our payout terms and verification procedures.
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload.
By posting content, Creators grant Fans and Creators a non-exclusive license to host and display the content on the Platform.
Users may not copy, redistribute, or use content outside the Platform without explicit permission.
You may not post or share content that:
Contains nudity or explicit sexual material (unless marked and permitted by platform rules)
Promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity
Violates the privacy or intellectual property of others
Is fraudulent, misleading, or exploitative
Fans and Creators reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Fans and Creators may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or specific outcomes. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Fans and Creators is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
